When you place an order, we collect:

• Email address — to deliver your document and send order confirmation
• Job details you provide (e.g. contractor name, client name, job description, amount owed) — used solely to generate your document
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We do not collect your Social Security number, driver's license, financial account numbers, or any government-issued identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your purchased document
• To send order confirmation and delivery emails via Resend
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is transmitted to Resend to deliver your document. resend.com/privacy.
• Groq — AI document generation. The job details you provide are sent to Groq's API to generate your document. Groq processes this data under their terms. groq.com/privacy-policy.
• Vercel — website hosting. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data Storage and Retention

We do not maintain a database of your orders or job details. The information you enter is passed through our system to generate your document and is not stored on our servers beyond what Stripe retains for payment records.

Stripe retains payment transaction records as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@skwadd.net.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know — You may request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you and how it is used.
