How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@skwadd.net with your order email address and a brief description of the issue. We will process your refund within 1–3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Digital Product Nature

Because our products are digital documents generated and delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns in the traditional sense. However, our 7-day satisfaction guarantee means you are never at risk. If the document is not what you needed, just ask and we will refund you.
